These are the legal terms and conditions under which Nadine Silva Aleida, LLC ("We", "NSA Store", or "Company") supplies the products ("Products") listed on our website www.nsastore.com ("our site") to you. Please read these terms and conditions ("Terms and Conditions") carefully before ordering any Products from our site. By placing an order to purchase any of our Products, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions together with our Website Terms Of Use, Privacy Policy, Privacy Notice, and Return Policy, regardless of whether or not you choose to register with us. These Terms and Conditions tell you who we are, how we will provide Products to you, how you and we may change or end the contract, what to do if there is a problem and other important information.

1. INFORMATION ABOUT US

www.nsastore.com is operated by Nadine Silva Aleida, LLC ("We"). We are a sole-member limited liability company registered in Portugal under tax number 287412504 and with our registered office at R DO PARAÍSO, N.º 153,-1º, Porto, ZIP Code 4000-377, Portugal. Our email address is contact@nsastore.com.

If we need to contact you, we will do so by writing to you at the e-mail address or postal address you provided to us in your order unless you have asked us to contact you by any other means. When we use the words "writing" or "written" in these terms, this includes e-mails.

2. THE CONTRACT

The contract for the sale of the Product is between you and NSA Store. All references in these terms and conditions to "We", "us" or "our" shall be deemed to refer to NSA Store.

3. SERVICE AVAILABILITY

We currently accept orders from customers within the European Union. Specific delivery restrictions may apply to certain areas. Please check our "Deliveries" page for detailed information about delivery areas and associated costs.

4. YOUR STATUS

You may only purchase Products from us if:

• you are legally capable of entering into a binding contract with us (for example, in Portugal you must be at least 18 years old);
• you are an authorized user of the credit or debit card or payment account used to pay for your order;
• you are resident in a country that we deliver to.

5. HOW THE CONTRACT IS FORMED

Once you have placed your order, you should receive an e-mail from us acknowledging that we have received your order. Please note this does not mean that your order has been accepted. All orders are subject to availability and acceptance by us.

After you submit your order, we immediately contact your bank or card issuer for authorization to take payment from your account. We will not process your order until payment has been received in full. If we accept your order, we will confirm this to you by sending you a further e-mail confirming the Product is being processed ready for dispatch at which point the contract between us ("Contract") will be formed.

As soon as you place your order, we start to process your order which means you will not be able to change it before delivery, but you may be able to return your Products under our Returns Policy.

6. DELIVERY

Your order will be fulfilled by the delivery date set out in the Dispatch Confirmation or, if no delivery date is specified, then within 30 days after the day your Contract is entered into.

If no one is available at your address to take delivery and the Products cannot be posted through your letterbox or left in a safe place, we will leave a note informing you of how to rearrange delivery.

Delivery of your order will be complete when we deliver the Products to the address you gave us, and the Products will be your responsibility from that time.

You will own the Products once we have received payment in full.

7. INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY

For orders outside Portugal but within the European Union:

• Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes which are applied when the delivery reaches its destination.
• You must comply with all applicable laws and regulations of the country for which the Products are destined.
• We will not be liable or responsible if you break any such law.

8. PRICE AND PAYMENT

All prices are displayed in Euros (€) and include VAT at the applicable Portuguese rate.

We accept payment by:

• Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, Mastercard)
• PayPal
• Bank Transfer
• Other EU-approved payment methods

Payment must be received in full before we dispatch your order.

9. YOUR RIGHT TO CANCEL

If you are a consumer in the European Union, you have the right to cancel your Contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The cancellation period will expire after 14 days from the day on which you acquire physical possession of the Products.

To exercise your right to cancel, you must inform us of your decision by sending a clear statement to contact@nsastore.com.

10. RETURNS

To return a Product, please follow our Returns Policy available on our website. You must return the Products to us within 14 days of telling us you wish to cancel.

We will refund you the price you paid for the Products including standard delivery costs. We may reduce your refund to reflect any reduction in the value of the Products if this has been caused by your handling them in a way which would not be permitted in a shop.

11. FAULTY PRODUCTS

If you receive a faulty Product, you should contact us immediately at contact@nsastore.com. We will either repair or replace the Product, or provide you with a full refund, in accordance with Portuguese consumer protection laws.

12. FAIR USAGE POLICY

To protect against fraud and misuse of our services, we maintain a Fair Usage Policy. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone we suspect of abusing our policies.

13. LIABILITY

Nothing in these Terms and Conditions shall limit or exclude our liability for:

• Death or personal injury caused by our negligence
• Fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation
• Any matter in respect of which it would be unlawful for us to exclude or restrict liability

14. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS

All and any Intellectual Property Rights in the Products shall be owned by us or our licensors. All such rights are reserved.

15. DATA PROTECTION

We will only use your personal data as set out in our Privacy Policy. You can find our Privacy Policy on our website.

16. FORCE MAJEURE

We shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing our obligations where such failure or delay results from any cause that is beyond our reasonable control.

17. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with Portuguese law. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Portuguese courts.

18. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS

We reserve the right to make changes to these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website and will take effect immediately upon posting.
